Chianti 2008
The visual examination highlights a red ruby color, with purple reflexes. The cherry is the protagonist of the aromatic sensation, to which other aromas blend in like plums and aromatic herbs such as sage. The taste is well balanced with well-embedded tannins, enjoyable freshness and a well balanced persistence. Excellent with egg noodles and meat sauce, roasted chicken, beef and vegetables, and certain types of cheese.
